Hello group,

another good source of potassium is potato skins. Dr. Bernard Jensen

in his Healing Foods book says to fill a saucepan with potato skins,

boil 20 minutes, then soak overnite. The next morning, strain the

broth into a glass jar and you have a very rich, bio-available

potassium broth.
