My old GP asked me regularly if hot baths made me limp. They didn't until some time after my diagnosis. Maybe that effect came later for me than for some, or maybe my diagnosis came earlier?

My vision in L. eye went in '89 (came back since)...but everytime I had

a hot bath it would blur very badly in that eye for years after. Or

anytime I was under and stress at all. So obviously the hot bath was

causing my body some stres.

I read hot and cold showers to the spine help stimulate the nerves for

people with MS?? Who knows.
