Hi--

Subnormal temperatures often show some kind of infection going on.

Does low body temperature mean anything?  My son, 8yr(AS), has been <BR>

My father and i have low normal temps. (around 96/97) it used to irritate my

stepbrothers because when they had a temp of 100 they still had to go to

school. Whe i had a temp of 100 i got to stay home. ( my step mother is an

occupational therapist, too bad they don't live around here but it is still

nice to have an ot in the family.)

Is your son's temperature usually normal at 98.7 - if it always

runs below normal it may be a sign that the thyroid in underactive-

this would create a real lack of control of one emotions- so out

burst would be a trend- the headaches and stomache would also be

signs.

I would give him one olive leaf capsule a day for a week if you are

having a hard time with with repeated problems it might even take

care of his tonsils- so no surgery!!!! My 2 cents Ann

Ann,

I think his temp was usually normal. But at the last Dr visit ~3

wks ago I remember the nurse commenting it was below normal then.

We are having a hard time lately. He's just crying over

everything. I wanted to get some olive leaf today but the health

food store was closed by the time we got there :( Not open tommorow

either. Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll have his thyroid

checked just to be sure.

Hi,

I ran into this when we went gluten free. My mother thought that I was

making this all up to inconvenience her so did not follow the exclusion

of wheat. When got dropped off after visiting, he would have a

headache, sometimes vomitting so I thought perhaps flu and took his

temp. It was about 95 or 96 degrees. I don't have a clue how this

would apply to your son, just similar symptoms.

You might be onto something. I've always run at 97.3-97.6 & feel AWFUL @ 99.

When I had the 4-day Smart Meter exposure, my temp. shot up to 102.5 & stayed

there for days, even tho there were NO flu symptoms (stomach ache, runny nose,

vomiting) present. Also, my face & ears turned red. Thanks, CMP, for cooking me

alive. The lo temp. thing must be another sign of leaky cell membranes, heavy

metal toxicity etc.

Has anyone ever noticed a connection between low body temperature and ES??

Since I got sick (about 5 yrs ago), my body temp has averaged around 97.3. I've

noticed that the closer it is to normal, the less sensitive I am to EMF's. At

the moment, I have some weird flu-type virus, but had to get a few things at the

grocery store just to get through the week. I'm running a slight fever -- 99

degrees -- and I did much better at the store even though I'm exhausted from

being sick. Weird!

Has anyone had any experience with that? Anyone have any theories about that

connection?

Thanks! Amy

Hi People,

Low body temperature means the thyroid is low. *As in struggling, under-active.

It means the immune is under distress. Google: Basal Temperature Test.

An average tempature of 97.6 is indicative of low thryoid. Those whose temps are

higher then the areas of 98.6 ( people are different, so normal for one person

may be 98.8, or 98.5 or there abouts) but temps that run higher- on average,

like 100 or 101 ect...this is hyper-active- it usually means the thryoid is on

OVER active mode. Usually people with an Over Active (or hyper thyroidism) run

on high energy. But this is not a good thing. Its just as much a sign of the

immune system being under distress, as a thryoid that is under active. Sometimes

the over active thyroid can run on high- for a long long time....then it will

burn out and go LOW- towards being HYPO thryoid.

Whereas when the average temp is under 97.6, this means UNDER active thryoid or

hypo-thryoid. Anything that effects the body's immune system WILL effect the

thyroid gland. so with those whose thyroid is on OVER active, they may not have

a weight problem, will probably be able to eat anything and not gain weight.

With those with an under active, or low thryoid, the opposite occurs, weight

gain no matter what you do. Unless the adrenals are badly effected. These two

glands work together. IF the thryoid goes into distress, the adrenals will jump

in to help. And vice versa. If they are both screaming for help...there is

trouble.

As for ES and higher or lower " average " body temps? Makes perfect sense, as the

immune system is under HUGE distress.

Smart meters? Don't get me started! I hope everyone on this site has a big sign

on both their front windows AND their meters. SMART METER FREE/NO SMART METERS!

For those who are able to, lock up your meters! Check out:

www.stopsmartmeters.org for some examples. There is NO FEDERAL MANDATE or law

for smart meters! Of course we are not being told this. I call it the

neighborhood microwave by design agenda. Box the entire neighborhood into a

giant micro wave!

www.nutri-meds.com makes a good thryoid supplement called: thyroid helper.

(natural). They also have adrenal cortex plus. Holy Basil helps the

adrenals...ashwaganda also. Good Vitamin B-Complex along with Spirulena and a

good Vitamin B 5 helps the adrenals. Organic Coconut Oil is also good for

stimulating the thryoid gland. (Eat a teaspoon full 2 times a day). Magnesium

Chloride Oil from www.thepowermall.com works wonders for helping to ground the

body after exposures. The bath salts in a bucket of water and soak the

feet....for those who don't do full baths works well.

My body temperature is usually below 98.6 F, however all of the thyroid lab

tests I've

ever had show up as " normal " .

I will note however that one of the supplements that has really helped me out

when

I was in trouble was " Thyro-Zyme " by Apex Energetics, which might indicate that

the

lab tests are wrong.

http://www.mnwelldir.org/docs/nutrition/brownstein.htm is a pretty good

article about iodine and Dr. Brownstein's book about it. (I read one by

Brownstein with more details, somewhere.)

I came across Brownstein's writing while researching what to take to deal with

Fukushima fallout, and began taking a teaspoon of kelp granules with each meal.

(Harvested before the Fukushima event.) I'm sleeping better and my hands and

feet are warmer. Though my thyroid tested OK, my body temperature was 97.6 for

years. Now it's 98.3.

I noticed have been a bit warmer since adding dulce regularly to my diet for the

same reasons.

Dr. Starr is also big on the low thyroid epidemic we have -

http://www.21centurymed.com/?page_id=129

My temp has been as low as 95 something on some mornings, so getting up to the

97's is an improvement.

I'm not sure all the connections with esens and thyroid, but the emf definitely

affect the entire body, so whether it is coming from down regulation in the

brain, or from direct effect, or probably both, more support is a good idea.

Oh, and I use bupleurum radix to warm up. It really helps the circulation to the

cold hands and feet too.
