, the cramps are probably the result of the dosage that was too way

too high. LDN could certainly be keeping her up at night. Many of us

experienced insomnia at the beginning; mine lasted more than a month.

Valium's okay, because it's not a narcotic. Hope by the time you get

this she's feeling better.
