symptoms of low adrenal, or thyroid?

Im on HC now, taking 20mg per day and feeling better..but have noticed

that walking round the city still really takes it out of me. I feel my

legs start aching a lot, I feel tired, and I feel like rubbing my

eyes. Also feel a bit brain dead..

is this more adrenal or thyroid? Iv think its adrenal as taking 2.5 mg

HC seems to help, but Im already taking 20mg so dont want to be taking

more.

The only other things I can think is low iron? it was 62 last i got

tested (6 months ago roughly)

Any ideas?
