Housing or Live-in Peer for 21 year old woman

Hello,

I am new here. I work for an organization that helps families find

support for their children with autism/aspergers. I got a call from a

family that has a 21 year daughter that is high functioning, but lacks

skills to be independent living and working. I have been calling

resources all over Cleveland and am unable to find someone who can

help. Is there an organization that finds peers to live with adults

on the spectrum?...or housing in the greater Cleveland area?
