insulin... I worry about calculations, coverage, timing, counting – I just

can’t do that.

The fish oil and coQ10 did bring my CRP

down, but it was only at 6 to begin with. I took 6 capsules a day of Carlson

fish oil and 200 mg coQ10.

My DH is on insulin only, after not being

able to regulate his BG on oral meds. He is doing great with it. The needles

are tiny... like a hair. But there is the chore of always having to carry

diabetic supplies around.

Oh. Well DH's doc mapped it all out for him. There's a chart created specifically for him and all he has to do is look at the chart to see how much insulin to take. It's easy. He also changed his own dose of lantis when he knew he didn't have enough ordered for him. I was proud of him semi-self treating ;-)
