Guest guest
My 18 year old daughter has a history of multiple ovarian cysts. She just gave birth 6 weeks ago to the most beautiful granaddaughter in the world! She told me the other day that she can tell that the cysts are returning. I don't know why I ddn't think of this earlier, but at her age, can she use iodine? Her husband is in the Marines, so they are in the low income bracket, sad to say, so I'm sure she will only be able to afford the liquid form. Can anyone tell me how much I should recommend that she use? And does it matter what she mixes it with? I have been having awesome results with the iodoral. I am up to 3 tablets twice a day now. My question concerning myself is, how do I know when I am at the optimal dose? It seems like the weight has stopped coming off, and I'm ok with that. I'm tall, so I carry my weight quite well. I'm not over weight, I was just hoping to get the numbers on the scale to come down a little more. People tell me I'm thin enough, so weight is not really an issue for me. What is a good maintanance dose? By the way, if you want to see pictures of my beautiful granddaughter, (she's my first one by the way!) you can see her at: www.thebeaganfamily.blogspot.com Rhonda
