Guest guest
Hi Guys, Could anyone tell me of an iodine/soya/spinach/kelp free mulitvitamin. I have searched hi and low. I usually find that if the vitamin is iodine free there are added extras like spinach/soya/kep extract. I am gettingt dizzy reading all the ingredients. I must say that the American web pages are much better at listing the ingredients. Thanks a
Guest guest
Hi a, You're right; so many of them contain iodine and/or soya. I never noticed that before. I found this one which is iodine free, although it does contain soya http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?c=1 & pid=1317 & at=0 This one from Jarrow contains neither, although it also contains far fewer ingredients. http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?c=1 & pid=271 & at=0 Both Jarrow and Source Naturals are very reputable brands. This brand I'm not familiar with but it contains neither iodine nor soya; http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?c=1 & pid=5119 & at=0 And this one I'm also not familiar with; http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?c=1 & pid=1790 & at=0 This last one also contains chlorella which you may not have a problem with, but its something that makes me very very ill. Its used by alternative practitioners as a heavy metal detox product, but some experts estimate that as many as 30% of people are intolerant to it. Ray Sahelians website contains more info about it. As I say, you may be fine with it, but its worth keeping in mind. As an aside, as I've mentioned in previous posts, I've bought from iherb and find their service very fast and reliable (and they offer very good prices too). You may find other products in their " multivitamin " section which also meet your criteria. Good luck with your selection Marie
