Guest guest
Have you tried pulse-dosing? You might try stopping iodine for a full week for a washout. And then taking iodine at a lower dose, on two days then off two days. This way, you give your kidneys and liver a rest and the toxins mobilize out more easily. We've found that sometimes the bromide GETS STUCK on the way out of your body and you essentially can get drugged. Most doctors say to keep up with the salt loading and C whether or not you are taking iodine. Report back, okay? Lynne In a message dated 12/24/2008 12:10:17 P.M.
