I'm new to it. Going on three weeks and doing quite well. I'm really enjoying

it, which is strange for me.

Maybe we should do a challenge. For 3 weeks only eat Beneficials and HB

foods? Any of you want to sign on to that and see how we feel and if we've

lost any weight?

Yes, I am. 10 or so years ago, when I started ER4YT, this was a very

active group. One of the " challenges " I remember is the NGG (no grain

girls). I already pretty much eat only beneficials and neutrals (with a

few from GTD thrown in). And probably too many neutral grains, that's

for sure. And I certainly don't do the recommended 1 hour daily aerobic

exercise, which is the thing I need to see any pounds or inches come

off. Those two things would be my biggest challenges, though the latter

would be my biggest challenge (even 30 min a day would be a good

start!). Good idea, !
