One of the " challenges " I remember is the NGG (no grain girls). I already pretty much eat only beneficials and neutrals (with a few from GTD thrown in). And probably too many neutral grains, that's for sure. And I certainly don't do the recommended 1 hour daily aerobic exercise, which is the thing I need to see any pounds or inches come off. Those two things would be my biggest challenges, though the latter would be my biggest challenge (even 30 min a day would be a good start!). Good idea, !
