SPAM and real group stuff

I've replied to the group and to the moderator about this mommalu3

person before. That member can easily be warned and/or banned from the

group (I moderate other groups). I wish something would happen on that

front.

On the BTD/GTD note... this summer I've been loving broccoli slaw with

tomatoes and peppers from my local farmer's market, olive oil or mayo

for dressing. Have any of you found the broccoli slaw? Basically

julienned broccoli stems, the stuff people usually compost. Very tasty

and good for you!

I've also been making great chicken soup/broth/stock with chicken from

the fm (and onions, peppers, herbs, etc). Even though it's hot a blazes

here, it's still a good meal and doesn't heat up the house.

Here's to our 100F weather breaking next week (70 something days this

year!). At least that's what we hear. And maybe storm Lee will send some

rain up here...
