It was good to hear from you Pat. Keep it up!!! What is being done for

your cellulitis? Another question if you don't mind? Are you diabetic?

I'm 67 this year. My daughter just recovered from a bad case of

cellulitis. It was on her lower back and upper buttocks. They had her on

antibiotics. It finally cleared up but not until it had reared it's ugly

hear twice.

Well, my update is, I've lost one pound already on the challenge. I was so

excited, I did a happy dance!! I ate asparagus and a small peice of meat

for my last snack last night. Asparagus and Broccoli are supposed to be

great cancer preventers.

One great thing about this challenge.....it has started the communication

going again. We are all talking more and helping each other. I like that a

lot.

I guess it will be eggs for me this morning. That protien shake didn't stay

with me at all yesterday. And, shopping. I need more good food!!!

....Hmm, I shall have to try Herring.... and elderberries:-) If I can find any.

I like my grapes in the form of Shiraz :-)

I've also tried sardines when desperately unprepared, but they very definitely

do not like me - and I see they are an avoid for me. (O- ns)

I'm often fascinated by how often an avoid really upsets my system and a

beneficial is a lifetime favorite - like the sardine problem versus the great

guavas I just found for example.

Not all things match that way - but the great majority do.

Where are you getting your information about sardines? I just checked dadamo.com

and it says they are beneficial.

You are right - I confused it with Anchovy. So sorry! (Using ER4YT

Encyclopedia)

It's unfortunately not the first time I thought one thing and wrote another. It

has happened once in a while since my stroke, less frequently as time goes by

and I make corrections in what meemory is stored how - but I do not know at

the time that I am doing it. I absolutely HATE when it happens.

But I appreciate finding out so I can rearrange my wiring up there! It's like

there are some wrong connections somewhere that need to be straightened out. But

I do not know they are wrong till it is pointed out. THEN I can " fix " them, it

seems. Weird how the grey matter works...

Namaste,

Irene
