Like Irene I am getting over pneumonia which has just been horrendous! I really want to get my system back to optimal! Granted I was getting a bit off on ER4YT but gee, it's been 10 yrs or so and yes, I've slipped in the past year. But as I said, getting on track again. Last night's dinner was homemade meatloaf w/ spelt crumbs and good seasonings -- it was fab!. Added to that a wh ole artichoke, so that was good. My mornings are all about green tea and I'd like to get off the coffee I've been interspersing in there for the extra punch. Lunch was carrots and apples, then late afternoon cold meatloaf!
