I finished up the pinto beans that I still haven't figured out if they are an avoid or not for lunch. My ER4YT book says they are beneficial. Don't understand why that would change!! I had some beef and onion with them and added a little olive oil and seasonings. I guess I will have a handful of walnuts for my snack this afternoon. It will be beef for dinner with veggies. Probably asparagus or broccoli cooked.
