Did you get tested for yolk vs. white in the egg? You

might have more of a reaction to one and less (or

none) to the other .. usually whites are more prone to

be allergic to since it's the proteins in the whites

that cause a problem. You can try separating the egg

also for food testing. (if you can tolerate one more

than the other you can mix - 2yolk + 1white or vice

versa).
