Guest guest
This is one product that there is scan scientific data on. There is something to it but the claim level that they tout is probably not all it cracks up to be. I used it when having issues of exposure to mercury vapor in my dentists office and it helped relieve the symptoms. It did not help to relieve my swelling tongue only chlorella, cilantro, Selenium and Vit C did. Steph Binding toxins I dont know enough of this yet , but can anyone tell me what accessory nutrients Im going to need to take to bind and remove these Toxic metals when they are displaced by Iodine ?I was immediately thinking NAD or NADH , NAC , Ornithine , Possibly Arginine , and plenty of CoQ10 and Pantothenic acid. My hopes are to keep the Gltathione levels up , and the detox pathways open.Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger. Guest guest
Hi Joyce, Yes, charcoal should be taken 2 hrs away from supplements and medication. Don't forget that this can be binding so add magnesium somewhere in there to keep things moving. other toxin binders: clay - there are different forms. Same as charcoal - take away from supplements and add magnesium. caffeine cleanses - these are important for getting the toxins OUT of the system as most of us have trouble with Phase II. Never start any of these unless your bowels are moving regularly. I have posted my instructions for a caffeine cleanse on this forum several times. Type in my name and caffeine cleanse. If you can't find it, message me offline and I will send you my instructions. Basically, I take enough magnesium to get things moving rapidly the day before then I do the cleanse and take charcoal (low volume (3oz - 4 oz lukewarm strong coffee) and leave it in as long as possible). Then I continue the magnesium until the toxins leave (when the charcoal is noticeable in the stool -it's obvious!). After the actual enema, I start taking high dose vitamin c, more charcoal to bind anything that got reabsorbed into the bloodstream from the intestine (on it's way out once it has been released from the liver). High dose vitamin C - vitamin C loses an electron readily therefore it helps to neutralize the positive charge on toxins when they leave the liver. The body can expel them with less stress on the body in urine or stool, if they have a negative charge. Other antioxidants can be taken to help recycle vitamin c. chlorophyll and other blood purifiers - these work differently than charcoal. google herbal blood purifiers to read more. even dry-brushing skin with loofah can be helpful. I am sure there are more ways. There is a book Rich has recommended. I think it's called 7 day detox. The title is a little catchy but he thought it had a nice collection of detox methods. Dr. Hulda has a nice collection of cleanses for removing impurities. She does them in a certain order. And lastly, you can't beat plain old fiber followed up by probiotics. The best way I have done this is to take magnesium to get bowels moving, then take 2 or 3 times daily dose of fiber with plenty of water. This expands and becomes a scrub brush and helps to dislodge the caked on gunk inside the intestines. Do not do this if you have a history of blockages and start out with regular doses of fiber for a couple of weeks to help clear out the easy-to-get-to stuff. Then once a month or once a week, you do this " scrub-brush " version of fiber. This would be great to do before a caffeine cleanse. There are several mechanical ways to detox in addition to supplements. In all cases, start every so slowly and let your body adjust. We are all different and some of us can handle the stress of detoxing better than others. Assume your body cannot handle the stress and go slowly then as you are able to control elimination and the side-effects of detox, you can safely increase your efforts. Guest guest
CholestePure from Pure Encapsulations can be taken with food and supplements and is supposed to be able to bind to the toxins. I think zeolite can be taken with food and supplements too, though it may bind with zinc. > > What else can I use besides charcoal?
