Guest guest
They do need to do more shows on what to do after a diagnosis.. but right now.. just getting the word out there.. raising the awareness of others.. and maybe leaving people with something to remember should they see a child melting down somewhere and a parent looking stressed, frazzled and ready to drop.. This is a just a beginning... and they all have to start somewhere... I'm just glad that it is starting to be more of a front in the media world.. > > It was good to show those who don't know what autism is, but they do need to > develop a show on how to help parents find resources and what to do to find > support. > > The show brought back so many memories, Like those parents who were on the > show, I remember being stressed out 24x7, not being able to take my son anywhere > and most painfully I remember what it was like to not know who I was to my > son, to not feel like a mom.
