Guest guest
you might want to try 50mg Iodoral per day. I never did have this symptom. Gracia I started taking Iodoral on Sept 23 with one a day and now am up to 3a day.About 2 weeks after I began I thought I was getting a cold (I averagemaybe 2 per decade.) All of the symptoms disappeared except for asinus congestion that continues. After I blow my nose I irrigate andget out a lot more mucus of mixed consistency. This has been going onfor 3 weeks.I am a dedicated nose breather so it makes me wonder if anyone elsehas detoxed through this route. My sinus irrigation formula (standardized after many versions)1 quart pure water 1 teaspoon (RealSalt or other natural salt)1/4 teaspoon (no more, no less) food grade 35% hydrogen peroxide1 tablespoon aloe vera juice (optional)That little bit of peroxide makes it far more effective and thatamount will not irritate.will not No virus found in this incoming message.Checked by AVG - http://www.avg.com Version: 8.0.175 / Virus Database: 270.8.5/1758 - Release Date: 10/31/2008 8:22 AM
Guest guest
Iodoral is antiviral as well as antifungal, so it is helpful to fend off pathogens. If you are already infected, however, it is better to use sodium bicarbonate instead of ordinary salt to flush out the sinuses. Yes, it burns, but you can modulate this problem by using a more dilute solution, say 50:1 concentration of water to sodium bicarbonate (baking soda). The high pH of baking soda (pH=8.1) wipes out viruses instantly. I told a woman in New York about it, and when I talked to her, she could hardly talk she was so congested. The very next day, her friends were amazed that she was 100% clear. > > > you might want to try 50mg Iodoral per day. > I never did have this symptom. > Gracia > > > I started taking Iodoral on Sept 23 with one a day and now am up to 3 > a day. > > About 2 weeks after I began I thought I was getting a cold (I average > maybe 2 per decade.)
