Guest guest
Hi Shiela I thought you might say that! I have ordered Dr P's book at the library and it came today but too icey to go out for it as yet, maybe tomorrow. Meanwhile I will look at the adrenal pages on the site. It all seems so complex, but will have to work hard and get my head around it now won't I. The bit that threw me was the bp. as it seemed odd dropping so low, almost like the body is in shock (I did first aid once) Thanks for the help, much appreciated love janet > > HI Janet > > This will be the T3 that is in Armour, the active hormone. Guest guest
Hi, I've been out to the health food shop to see what they could offer me for adrenals, and have bought a bottle of 'tincture of chickweed complex, which contains astragalus, chickweed and siberian ginseng. I intend to take this for a little while to start me off while I read Dr P's book and the files on the site, and then I shall have to buy something like hydrocortisol. Hope it will help, I've not seen anybody mention it that I remember, although I don't read every single posting as I don't get to the computer all the time. The instructions say to take 50 drops daily in water between meals. Do you think it will help at all, and should I now start to take armour again ? I have totally recovered from the heartbeating prob, thank goodness, it was a bit scary!! Thank you all for your support. love janet > > This will be the T3 that is in Armour, the active hormone.
