What is normal temp and do we dose to it? Or to symptoms?

Hiya ladies and gents

Well I have reached the 'normalish' for my underarm temp testing 3

times per day average. I now have a temp higher than anyone in the

house at 36.7 C steady.

Do I hold now at 2 1/2 grains? 25mg HC I have been on this dose about

10 days.

Still breathless.

I am getting low back ache again, but I have also had a period I

aren't supposed to have again too, I think I am on my last day now. I

don't think the low backache is adrenal with my temps being stable,

but it is the same kind of low back ache I get with adrenal problems.

I still keep getting hoarseness and have insomnia then oversleeping a

lot. I also keep getting the old morbid dark feeling (psychiatric

other world feeling) that I got with my adrenal or cortisol problems.

Any advice would be gratefully taken.
