Everyone! Great News about organic foods and GFCF foods.

Our Wonderful Giant Eagle store in Garfield Heights (right off exit 480 and 77) now has organic and GFCF foods! There's a who section full of the items. Even has organic cage free eggs! There is even the Darifree by Vance foods. Soy milks and cheeses. (gfcf diet beware of the whey in some of the cheeses.-- Whey has casein proteins.)

I am so amazed of all the products they now have, it's really like a mini Mustard seed! And it's so close to my home! Check your local Giant Eagle stores and see what they may have. Some stores have less organics and gfcf foods.
