Maybe you should just eat an avacado once in awhile unless they do really

bad stuff to you. I eat my favorite avoids very rarely, but I don't suffer

any ill effects so you just have to do what is best for you.

I thnk avos are in the wrong section - I'm ns but avos really do NOT agree with

me at all, I can not eat them comfortably - I feel ill after.

So maybe it needs more investigation and maybe " you can have mine " ?

Avocados are not good for this secretor either.
