O negative secretor here

I would love to see your list.

I've been working on one of my own, that includes foods that I would eat.

Leaving out things I don't like.

I never had the secretor status tested. I'm pretty sure I am non-secretor.

I don't have any of the issues of a non-secretor and at 67, I'm not going to

worry about it.

Hi ,

That's great. I have all kinds of issues.

Some foods are different according to secretor status, but my nuts list is good

for both:-)

Secretors have a few extra options.

Yes to the 3 small meals and 3 snacks.

A handful of nuts counts as a snack.

Your brekker sounds good.
