I'm trying to develop my personal list of " Super-Foods " for my health plan.

It's a " health plan " .

(Diet is a 4 letter word.)

Zinczenko has what he calls super-foods, D'Adamo has what he calls beneficial

for type, and Dr Perricone has what he calls super-foods - due to high

antioxidant capability to reduce cell level inflammation. (Cell level

inflammation is a major part of the cause of all ill health, including misuse of

insulin to deposit fat).

So I am going to try to do a superfood list geared to me using all three systems

combined.

I am an O negative non-secretor (which sucks when it comes to lack of food

options and high disease susceptibility ), so my list may include options for

others of same blood type. I'm also going to include only what I can easily get

hold of here, so no Yellowtail fish or Crayfish even though I love both, as it's

not available here. But Herring is available for example (albeit canned), and I

got some low sodium canned herring with lemon today to use as snacks....good

budget item, high nutrient value per dollar:-)

........ Unlike getting granadilla's and crayfish flown in daily from the other

side the world as I'd LIKE to do :-)

It will take me time to do the list, but I'm happy to share it in case it is

handy to someone else too.

By the way is there any other non-secretor doing this challenge?

What blood groups do we have.

Some other O Negs too maybe?
