Ruprecht is the Director of the Rum River Special Education ative in Cambridge, MN, which serves 7 school districts in east central Minnesota. In her more than 30 years in education, has served as a Special Education Coordinator, Coordinator for Gifted and Talented Programs, Staff Development Facilitator, Adjunct Faculty for St. Cloud State University, Secondary Principal and Special Education Teacher.

is currently the President of the Minnesota CASE (MASE).

Ruprecht is presently serving as an Autism Consultant and Specialist for the Rum River Special Education ative. He has also worn many hats in his 30 years in Education, including that of a special education teacher and Adjunct Faculty for St. Cloud State University. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a Licensed Psychologist, as well as a Licensed School Psychologist.
