Greetings Friends!

Attached please find the brand new February edition of the ASGC newsletter. A big thanks as always to Barb Yavorcik, Autism Society of Ohio President, for her valuable contributions. Also thanks to our friend Cahoon who heads the Greater Akron Chapter.

The ASGC is happy to announce we have just completed our strategic plan with the very valuable assistance of our facilitator, Tom Romito. Thanks to all ASGC members who participated.

Also in its last strides is the strategic plan of the ASO, of which I was pleased to facilitate. Barb and her board are a hard-working and dedicated group. I am convinced that many in our state (if not all) who are affected by autism and ASD will benefit from their efforts.

We are encouraged that our parent organization, The Autism Society of America, is progressing in a strategic plan of their own. We wish them the very best in the process.

We are proud to be amongst the fastest growing chapters of the ASA and we have all of you to thank. Your support is appreciated more than I can express in a brief email.

Look for more information soon on our annual Chili Cook-Off to be held again this April. We had over 20 chefs and over 250 attendees last year and we fully expect to surpass that this year. Anyone who was there last April will tell you it was a great time.

Thanks again for your all of your support and prayers as we move forward in our efforts to make the Greater Cleveland area the best place to live for those affected by autism and ASD.

Sincerely,

Gus Gallucci

Vice President

Autism Society of Greater Cleveland
