Salmon Pattie

14.75 ounce can of wild Alaskan salmon

2 eggs slightly beaten

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

½ Green Pepper finely chopped

1 squeezed lemon

½ tsp Paprika

1/8 tsp or less of Cayenne Pepper

salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients together. Heat 1 Tablespoon of butter in large skillet

at a med temp. Ensure hot before adding patties. Spoon out patties and

lightly flatten in skillet. Wait until first side is fully done before

flipping. Flipping too soon will cause to fall apart. When golden brown on

both sides remove from heat. Serve with legal mayo if you like.

Sour Yogurt?

Yes, the yogurt is sour. I microwave a layer of frozen blueberries in a

bowl for 30 seconds, add one cup of yogurt and drizzle with honey. I stir

this together and find a bites of SCD bread with the yogurt moderates the

sourness.

Blended with a lit Sour Yogurt?tle honey, ice, banana, and sometimes OJ.

I throw in frozen berries at times too. YUM. Im not big on just eating a

Lunch Ideas.

Good chicken cookie.. it is based on the pumpkin cookie recipe on BTVC.

Replace the nut flour with chicken. Cooked well and ground up in the food

processor, and use squash ( instead of

pumpkin). Substitute avacado for egg and palm oil shortening for the butter.

Up the amounts of the spices some and add an addiitonal tsp of Vanilla w/out

sugar, and 1 cup of honey.

Note: I have to say that I don't like the cookies, but they look like

cookies, and my daughter, age 3 LOVES them. My next thing is to sneak some

veges in there. Meal in a cookie!!

SCD Lasagna

Beat an egg into some DCCC and add a few drops of honey. Brown some minced

lamb. I add rosemary, minced garlic and a pinch of cinnamon, Brown thin

slices of eggplant in a skillet with a little olice oil.. If you are a

relative beginner, peel a baby eggplant. Place the eggplant in the bottom of

a greased loaf pan. Spread on the meat and top with the cheese mixture and

bake at 375 F for 45 minutes. Add a little SCD tomato sauce sometimes but

you don't need to. Cool

five minutes before serving.

Pear Sauce

Peel & core the pears, put them in my steamer and steam them for about 20

minutes. Let them cool, puree them in the food processor, and you have

pearsauce. The extra freezes well if you want to do big batches.

<mawherry@...>

Note: Save the water that's in the bottom of the pan.... it will be very

SWEET.
