Good chicken cookie.. it is based on the pumpkin cookie recipe on BTVC. Replace the nut flour with chicken. Cooked well and ground up in the food processor, and use squash ( instead of pumpkin). Substitute avacado for egg and palm oil shortening for the butter. Up the amounts of the spices some and add an addiitonal tsp of Vanilla w/out sugar, and 1 cup of honey. Note: I have to say that I don't like the cookies, but they look like cookies, and my daughter, age 3 LOVES them. My next thing is to sneak some veges in there. Meal in a cookie!! Brown some minced lamb. I add rosemary, minced garlic and a pinch of cinnamon, Brown thin slices of eggplant in a skillet with a little olice oil.. If you are a relative beginner, peel a baby eggplant. Place the eggplant in the bottom of a greased loaf pan. Spread on the meat and top with the cheese mixture and bake at 375 F for 45 minutes. Add a little SCD tomato sauce sometimes but you don't need to. Cool five minutes before serving. Carol F. " carolfrilegh " <c.frilegh@...> Pear Sauce Peel & core the pears, put them in my steamer and steam them for about 20 minutes. Let them cool, puree them in the food processor, and you have pearsauce. The extra freezes well if you want to do big batches. <mawherry@...> Note: Save the water that's in the bottom of the pan.... it will be very SWEET.
