Guest guest
Good Morning all - I started NAX yesterday (just one) and a couple of hours later I noticed a fast heart rate and some muscle twitching going on in my legs. I've woken up feeling anxious this morning - I hope I'm not going to become one of those difficult patients ( Anyway, what are the adverse affects of NAX if any? i will do a seacrh on the site in the meantime. Hope you're all having a better morning than I am Thanks guys.
Guest guest
Some people can feel a bit strange when they start taking adrenal support, and I suppose this is because you are likely wakening up bits and bobs in your body that needed waking. You might feel these symptoms for a few days, but as your body gets used to the NAE, it will get used to it. Take the one tablet with breakfast for 3 to 4 days and if you feel OK, add another tablet with your lunch. As NAE is made up of natural ingredients, there should not really be any adverse effects and the symptoms you have now should settle down. luv - Sheila > > I started NAX yesterday (just one) and a couple of hours later I > noticed a fast heart rate and some muscle twitching going on in my > legs. Guest guest
Hi As the adrenals sit on top of each kidney, this could well explain your twingy pain in that area. Many who start NAE do complain of this, but then it goes away. Luv - Sheila Hi, I have to say that the first couple of weeks on nax, I also had some mild twingy pain in the kidney/adrenal area, which settled down completely. I also put it down to adreanals being kicked started a bit. Three months later I really feel nax have played a key part in feeling better. Good luck. x
Guest guest
If you feel concerned, it will do no harm to half your tablet and take it that way and then when you are used to this, add another half. If that is too much, then you probably need the Nutri Adrenal (without the Extra). Let us know how you get on. Luv - Sheila Thank you Sheila! Thank you for such a quick response! I'm about to take the NAX again but I hate that I'm feeling sensitive to begin with -- I guess I have no choice but to take it though. Have a great day.-------------------->> > > Some people can feel a bit strange when they start taking adrenal> support, and I suppose this is because you are likely wakening up bits> and bobs in your body that needed waking. Guest guest
Exactly what you advised me at the time Sheila, thanks. It did settle down pretty quickly. I remember also being a bit worried at the time, starting something new etc. Enjoy the day, x > Hi > > As the adrenals sit on top of each kidney, this could well explain your twingy pain in that area. Guest guest
I would introduce your T3 back again Tracey - there is no point in making yourself ill. Start back on half the dose you were on before you stopped it and after 7 to 10 days, add the other half, but increase your NAE in about 7 to 10 days to two tablets daily - one with breakfast and one with lunch. Luv - Sheila Have just starting taking NAE (1 tablet for 4 days now) and stopped taking T3 (the only thyroid meds I take). Yesterday felt so tired in the afternoon, and today, but don't want to start taking T3 again yet in case I undo the good of the break from it. Should I up the NAE or start taking a low dose of T3 again? Grateful for any advice, thank you. Tracey No virus found in this incoming message.
