Hoffmann syndrome with Hypothyroidism, muscle problems?

Hi, there.

I just read about that topic, Hoffmann Syndrom, which caused by Hypo, and I suspect that my stiff jaw and weak tailbone pertain that syndrome.

For this syndrom, Serum creatine kinase (CK) can be an indication of mythopy.high levels of muscle enzymes

I searched in this group but found nothing, what are you opinions about it?
