I don't know if anyone knows this already; but in Holland & Barrett you

can get them to check on the computer (or puter as I call it!) whether

the meds you are on are going to be contraindicated with any

supplements you are planning to take.

Daughter is on prednisolone and apparently Magnesium and VIt c is

contraindicated!
