You must purchase your Yogurt Starter and it should be GF?CF-- I use ProGurt from GI Pro Health Boil 1 can of Coconut Milk with 2 Tbsp. Honey After Boil let it cool down (use a candy therm)to between 100-110 Once at this temp add your Yogurt Cultures (good bacteria!) Let this ferment in your Yogurt Maker about 9-12 hours Then Fridge When I am ready to serve the yogurt to get the yogurt texture I then blend my yogurt with a ripe banana. At this time also add your Strawberry. Coconut Milk is the best milk for yogurt. Hope this Helps! > Thanks to all! > >
