I have a follow up question. Is there any guidance as to what the ODE will be doing with the comments--any response? I have not found any information as to whether the ODE has to respond in any way. I was very fortunate to meet with a Posny (US Dept of Ed) when I was in D.C. attending my Supreme Court hearing, and a did tell me that the ODE is required to respond to the comments. I am very interested in knowing if this will be followed through.Best,Sandee Winkelman

Sandee: You have an excellent question. The person you need to contact is either Ann Guinan or Molly Forester at the Office for Exceptional Children at 877-644-6338 to see how they will follow through with each comment that has been given to them either by email and the regional meetings. I do not believe there is any one specific way they have to respond, it is just required that they do respond.
