Guest guest
I am looking up Gluten free bread and the book says ezekiel bread is good but it is made with sprouted wheat. Is that allowed? since it is sprouts instead of wheat. I want to make a bread that is not a no-no for O blood please some one help me. Thank You Marie
Guest guest
Ezekiel is good. We make spelt bread from whole spelt flour. Not beneficial but still ok. I have a recipe for a bread machine that works well, and I can post if you like. Marie H.
Guest guest
Sorry so late responding to this post! Spelt is a high gluten bread. I recently found this out, so if anyone is trying to avoid gluten spelt bread would be a no no. Kinnikick (sp) bread is a gluten free bread that's about as good as you can get store bought. HTH!
