night sitters and part time nanny/sitters needed

Does anyone know of a reputable babysitting/nanny agency and a "night nurse/sitter" agency. I'm looking to hire a part time nanny/sitter for a few days a week and also someone that can take care of a newborn during the night for a few nights a week. I live in Cleveland Heights. I'm not having much luck with my search. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Patti
