Guest guest
>Does anyone have any information on the camp for apraxic children in >land? I would be very interested in it for my 5 year old daughter. >Thanks Hi Amy, Welcome to the group! Here are a few links I have compiled. I did find three camps in land that offered a program for the Speech Impaired, though I am not familiar with any of them. The rest you may find of interest also. I'll post them all for others who might be interested in a camp located in their area. Hope this helps some! Guest guest
Not sure if you're looking for overnight or day camp. I went to a Special Needs Camp Fair in NYC last year, some great things out there. I know the staff at tables I talked to thought my daughter was even a little young for overnight, she's 9yo..I'm not ready either! Hope this helps, I know the beach is not close to Pa! http://www.mysummercamps.com/camps/Special_Needs_Camps/index.html > > Hi all, > I am looking for a nice summer camp for my 9 year old daughter. Guest guest
My son went to Summit Camp in Honesdale, PA for three summers. They have a very nice program there and responsible staff.
