Guest guest
Okay .. all that said .. we have just received wedding proofs of daughters wedding from a month ago. I am not happy with any of the pictures that include me. I look so tired .. because of my eyes! There are circles and my eyes DO appear to be sunken .. compared to a few years ago. I just turned the big "50" this past March. I have been using Mag Chloride oil for approximately a year. I wonder if I am not using enough .. Or is this just an age thing that I have to deal with .. or .. ?? I don't apply the mag oil on my face .. I don't think that is what anyone is advocating, right?? We are just talking about this in regards to making sure that our bodies are getting enough of the magnesium .. correct? I'm ordering some magnesium oil today. Anyone recommend a good source. $40 for a gallon sounds like a great deal. Every place I looked had it for $98. Thanks a ton for the feedback! Magnesium chloride should appliedtranscutaneously ie., through the skin. Magnesium sulfate (epsom salts)is not well absorbed by the body and should not be used to help thiscondition. CalMag may be helpful but the best way, by far, is to applythe ocean derived oil topically onto the skin.http://www.integrat edhealth. com/hpdspec/ magnesium- oil.htmlShop around. I found a gallon for $40 a few months ago. Don't rememberwhere...
Guest guest
You can also get dark circles from sinus infections. That's a dead giveaway for me: I get them a lot. A couple of drops of iodine and oil of oregano in a Neti pot can kill the infection (that's how I got into iodine in the first place). I use a brine made of salt and xylitol. But the infections can be very subtle. I had them for years before I realized I even had them. Sure feels good to NOT have them though! Some food allergies are also said to cause dark circles. I kind of wonder if this isn't related to the sinus issues though.
