You want to be so really really careful and have someone with you if you are

prone to thse ailments,

it was suggested alittle less on amounts and only 2 to 3 times a week...

thru Nicolsons paper but i know he is with Dr See or was in contact quite

often

Ellice just posted I think how she does it, low amounts on perx also...

I use drugstore brand perx and 1 cup epsom 2 times a week or I just use perx

on feet when they seem red and tad big....

PS>Missy, yes it does help,

I was doing one H2O2 bath a day with 8 ounces of 35%

to recover from pneumonia, and it put me into a detox and

made me nervous. I'm trying another one today.

I do at least 8 ounces of 35% food grade and I don't have much of a

reaction. It seems pleasant, cleansing to the skin, and certainly

makes the bathtub look white. I do enjoy it but I don't notice any

adverse or healing effects either way.

Just a precautionary note. I have heard that one should watch your hair

when doing these peroxide baths as even a little 3% in the bath can

bleach the hair.

Hmm. How much in how much water would be enough? I just realized with the

skin

problems I have in summer, it might help me. I remember my mother pouring 3%

straight

onto cuts and bruises. How it would fizzel in a dirty cut. Back then it was

used to clean

wounds.

I have used up to a gallon of H202 per bath and it didn't hurt me. Been

bathing in H202 since 1994 as per my website below.

Great stuff, grand healing reactions also. There is a place on the website

on the H202 about 3/4 of the way down in red that says Healing Reactions and

Inflammation. Yes, this lady had cancer but anyone detoxifying their body will

experience some of these reactions. Might not be as strong as hers but they

will experience some. Great reading!

What did the Yogi say when he walked into the Zen Pizza Parlor?

" Make me one with everything. "

When the Yogi got the pizza, he gave the proprietor a $20 bill. The

proprietor pocketed the bill. The Yogi said " Don't I get change? "

The proprietor said, " Change must come from within. "

get hiv and hep c out of my body. I have kept them under control for the last 3

years but now its time for them to go.

take care

Mikhailx,

Hello again,

You might want to go over to 's Corner forum and talk to also. I

find he is very knowledgable about many things concerning health issues.

I for one know if I had your conditions I would be on Apple Cider Vinegar and

also Cholophyll to build up my blood.

But has helped many people along the way also, might be a good place to

start as well.

Hope this information helps and best of health your way.

Here is his forum: Mr_s_Corner

Have a grand day now,

Ok here is what I found. I did not know this either! Thanks for asking the question.

Cleansing Baths - hydrogen peroxide

Adding hydrogen peroxide to bathwater increases oxygen available to the body. One of the reasons rain feels to refreshing is because the moisture (H2O) in the air picks up an extra molecule of oxygen (O2) as it interacts with ozone (O3) in the atmosphere, and as the raindrops fall they contain an abundance of this natural hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). When hydrogen peroxide is added to bathwater, the extra molecule of oxygen is released. The famous healing waters of Lourdes, in France, contain concentrations of hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide bath often leave the body feeling alert and revitalized, like spending a day in the fresh country air.

This gentle bath is antibacterial, antiviral and cleansing to the emotional and energetic bodies. It is believed to be helpful in eliminating some chemicals and some radiation from body tissues. It has been found to be a good support during chemotherapy. The use of 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide is recommended. Add 6 ounces of food-grade hydrogen peroxide to a hot bath and soak for 20-30 minutes. Be careful in handling this concentrated solution of hydrogen peroxide as it can "burn" or irritate the skin. Diluted in the bathwater, it is fine for skin contact and Dr. Kurt Donsbach, health author and chair of the National Health Federation's Board of Governors, suggests that skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis, athlete's foot and rashes, respond well to this. If you cannot find food-grade hydrogen peroxide, the normal 3% hydrogen peroxide found in any drugstore may be used. When using standard 3% hydrogen peroxide, use 2-4 pints. Don't immerse the face or hair.
