Sounds like a neti pot could help you. Search google or http://netipot.org for info. Nasal fungi are every where and those in your nose can cause big problems if you let them get entrenched.

I’ve been wondering about this for a while; I’m more and more interested to see what happens when I start iodine – I have had a chronically stuffy nose for YEARS – I snore now, when I NEVER did before.

Iodine goes to all glands and mucosal linings. The thyroid swells in an effort to catch the iodine in the blood stream - especially if it has been deficient.
