Guest guest
Hi All it's coming up to the flu season and I'm being 'pushed' to have a flu jab by practise nurse because of my diabetes. I've no intention of having it - especially after reports in The Lancet etc about it not making any difference to reducing the death rate and also reading about the amounts of mercury and formaldehyde in it. I'd rather take Vitamin D but how much? Do I have to take calcium with it and if so, again how much? Thanks Anne
