Guest guest
Quiche Mix 3 eggs, and 1/2 cup of yogurt...sprinkle shredded cheese over the veggies then add this mixture and bake. The veggies should be steamed or cooked before baking. This will make a kind of quiche. Charlene Flikkema <jflikkema@...> Quiche 1 cup of yoghurt 1 or 2 eggs m mix it up add a little salt to it. add some parsley to. Pour this over the cooked vegetable (Cauliflower, broccoli) are great for this and put in the oven for appr. 20 - 30 minutes at 375 F. Gives your child some extra calories. But only if your child has reached this stage of food yet. Beate Rapien <rapien@...> Jerky Honey and lemon juice and garlic. Get the butcher to slice meat very thin. Put one rack at the very top of the oven and line the bottom rack with aluminum foil or cookie sheets (to catch drips). Turn the oven on very low (my old oven had a lower temp) or put in a 60 watt bulb. I hang the meat from toothpicks (the toothpick making the top of a " T " from the top rack, dangling down. I can do a LOT of meat this way. Do this overnight.
