I reread the section on Avoid foods and it does say Avoid Sprouted Wheat. I

guess some folks can tolerate it better than others. I think I was confusing

it with spelt. Now that I have pinpointed my problem, I am quick to notice

the symptoms. I do get tired almost 20 minutes after I ingest it. I feel

bloated (even though I was not bloated or full this morning). Also, I get

depressed. I was not depressed this morning. This symptom is curious for me.

How does wheat cause depression?

I could just say that it lowers energy, but I do not feel the same way with

hypoglycemia (eating too many carbs, too much food). The difference I notice

with hypoglycemia is that I may feel tired, but I feel like it will pass or

some physical activity will cure it. With the wheat fatigue though, it feels

like it is here to stay for the day. And I feel depressed which I do not

with hypoglycemia.
