Guest guest Posted December 2, 2008 Report Share Posted December 2, 2008 Well, this is my 2nd day that I had sprouted wheat toasted for breakfast, only ½ slice. Had it with butter. Don’t think butter is the problem as butter has never bothered me. Do feel the need for nap. I may have ½ cup of rice tomorrow and see how I feel and compare difference to make sure it is not a spike in insulin. I would usually eat toast with meat but no meat in house other than chicken. I just can’t stomach the idea of chicken for breakfast. How does one tell the difference between Celiac disease and wheat allergy? Is the only way to be tested?
