Guest guest
I looked up the Cytozyme AD product. I've taken some other Biotics products in the past and I like that brand. On some website I saw that Biotics ADHS is recommended for people with fatigue but have a hard time winding down and Cytozyme AD is for fatigue but have an easy time falling asleep ... , would you mind sharing a little more about your experience with Cytozyme AD - what did you feel it helped with specifically? I take Seriphos at night - it helps the adrenals to calm down ... Sometimes it works for restless leg syndrome and insomnia but sometimes it doesn't seem strong enough. Sometimes even a ton of melatonin won't put me to sleep! I read on your website, , that one of the B vitamins in ATP Cofactors plays a role in steroid hormone production (i.e. adrenals?) - Would you say that ATP Cofactors helps the adrenals? If so, do you think it's possible that it might cause high adrenals at night and contribute to insomnia? I remember Dr. Flechas told me that iodine actually helps the adrenals as well as thyroid by making the receptors to both glands more sensitive to the hormones or something along those lines (I'm butchering it but think I have the gist). I was relieved to hear this but I'm also curious about people's experience with iodine and adrenals ... My last salvia 4x/day test showed my adrenals to be pretty ok, but I'm still struggling with fatigue and weakness so trying to find the answer! Thanks a lot!
