Guest guest Posted March 21, 2011 Report Share Posted March 21, 2011 Be careful, friends, about 'flavoring' and 'spices' and maybe even 'textured soy protein'.... our wonderful FDA has made if possible and OKAY for MSG to be hidden in those things.... Especially, beware of 'natural flavoring'....that is a RED FLAG that MSG is present in the food. We seldom eat anything out of a bottle, box, can or jar because of the above problems. (Never mind where it came from. Food from China? They poison their own people! What will they do to us?) I have a lot of wonderful chili recipes.... with no foreign particles in them....if any body is interested.
