Guest guest
Irene, Thanks for the all-purpose flour recipe and the great muffin recipe. Makes my mouth water. We live NW of Waco, Texas, and about 50 years behind the times. I can see a trip to a Whole Foods in Ft. Worth or Austin in our near future. Maybe they have some of those grains. I know better than to look in this area. I am really 'bread hungry'...but I am also down to what I weighed when we were married many a moon ago. Not eating bread is not all bad. ) Maureen China Spring, TX
Guest guest
Maureen, I grew up just South of Waco in Marlin. I'm in Oklahoma now. I've been eating this way since it cured my arthritis in 98 or 99. Enjoy the health that comes from it.
