Hi

I'm just wondering if anybody knows......

If you have adrenal fatigue or very low cortisol production, is it a

good idea or a bad idea to take SSRI/SNRIs?

What I'm wondering is do the SSRIs in some way bring your adrenals

back into shape by regulating your brain or do they put more strain on

your adrenals?

Any experiences/theories/references welcome.
