Guest guest Posted October 13, 2011 Report Share Posted October 13, 2011 Hey, Did everyone abandon me? Is everyone ok? Where are you???? Eggs, banana and spelt toast for breakfast. It will be yogurt for snack and turkey, mozarella cheese, and salad for lunch. Afternoon snack will be no fat pudding. Haven't planned dinner tonight but cut up apples and almonds will be my evening snack while I watch game 4 of the series between the Brewer's and Cardinals. I think there is a game tonight. Cardinals are ahead by a game. 2:1. They need four to win. The stress is terrible!!! How can I remain faithful to my diet with all this stress??? So far, I am hanging in there. Not perfect, but close. Hope to hear from you guys soon. The end of week 2 of the challenge is very close.
