week one results

Our first week is over and I am excited about the results. I lost 2 pounds,

0 inches around the waist and I do feel more energetic. This week I'm going

to try to walk a little more. For breakfast I had yogurt, banana, oatmeal

spelt toast. Hard to find a lot of variety. If I had noticed my husband

didn't finish the steak last night I may have opted to eat that!! My night

off from the diet didn't go well. I ate whole wheat past and now I have

belly cramps this morning. Serves me right, huh?
