A special service dog can't breathe with Pulmonery Arterial hypertension

Time is critical for this very special toy service dog. She is at the

Specialists' and can't breathe due to the small arteries throughout the

lungs narrow. Which increase the resistance to blood flow through her

lungs.

Would Iodine help her? She is a young dog....

They live in New Hampshire where Jcrows is.
